The Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber, in collaboration with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Monster, will present a Lunch & Learn session on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the AJC headquarters. The session, titled “How to Make an Impact with Your Employer Brand” will be led by Monster’s Partner Relationship Manager, Mia Hayes.
Hayes has been a recruitment and technology professional at Monster.com for over 17 years. She started at Monster in 2000 and has held a myriad of various positions. Finally (and to date), Hayes is in her dream role as Partner Relationship Manager. This role brings all her experience and knowledge together in one job – it is the complete package of all the roles Mia has worked in. This self-proclaimed “Monster nerd” is now able to take all the knowledge she has learned throughout the years and work with the best newspaper partners and their customers across the country. She enjoys partnering and working & strategizing with all her newspaper partners. Together, Hayes and her partner work with customers to put together a solution that will:
- achieve their recruitment goals
- help improve their recruiting process
- ensure they see the best return on their investment
“The Chamber is always excited to collaborate with our members and love the opportunity to bring field experts like Mia Hayes to our local businesses to use as a resource. We are so grateful to work with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Monster to produce such a great event,” said Chamber President & CEO Stephanie Freeman, IOM
During the event, attendees will enjoy a delicious lunch catered by Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe, while receiving insider tips on how to really leverage their employers' brand. The session will address topics including:
