In light of the major discussions surrounding the Dunwoody overlay district, the Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber will be hosting a Dunwoody Village Overlay Solution Group meeting on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Chamber’s office, located at 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 225, Dunwoody, GA 30346.
The confidential conversation will only be open to Dunwoody’s local business owners to foster a constructive discussion of ideas concerning potential changes to the overlay. The Chamber also hopes that this input will help shape their pro-business advocacy position, which will be taken to the upcoming Planning Commission on August 14, 2018.
“The Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber believes that since these changes will directly affect businesses we want to provide a space for them to speak candidly and openly about their thoughts and ideas concerning the overlay. [We] believe that getting input from them will put us in a better position to advocate for them,” Stephanie Freeman, Chamber President & CEO said.
Attendance for this free event will be permitted for affected businesses leaders only. Due to the desire for open discussion, no media will be permitted.
