The Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber will host a live webinar on Thursday, September 13, 2018, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. The webinar will provide attendees with knowledge about how Delta Air Lines’ top-notch customer service and hospitality resulted in its huge success.
The webinar will be led by Delta Air Lines Vice President of Customer Experience Integration, Charisse Evans, who leads Delta’s strategy to foster a culture of excellence in customer service, according to her bio. While serving 20 years at Delta in her current and previous roles as Vice President of Airport Customer Service and Vice President of Reservation Sales & Customer Care, Evans has gained the knowledge and expertise in providing exceptional customer service, which has become a part of Delta’s legacy.
This webinar session is open to current and prospective members. To gain access to the webinar, current and prospective members must pay a fee of $20.00 and $25.00 respectively. Registration will end on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, after 12:00 p.m. After registration, attendees will receive specific instructions on how to view the live webinar. Following the event, a copy of the webinar will be available for all Chamber members.
