The Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber will host a Restaurant Roundtable event on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The roundtable will be held at the newly-renovated Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Chamber at 246 Perimeter Center Pkwy NE, Atlanta, GA 30346.
The roundtable will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear from Karen Bremer, CEO of the Georgia Restaurant Association, concerning the Brunch Bill that will go to vote in Dunwoody in November. The event will also feature a representative from the DeKalb County Board of Health concerning scoring and best practices. The Chamber hopes that, in bringing restaurants together to brainstorm solutions, they will further their mission of advancing economic prosperity.
“In order to best serve and represent restaurants— a good portion of our member base — we need to hear what problems they are facing. We want to know what issues keep them up at night and how we can advocate for them,” President & CEO Stephanie Freeman said.
The event is free for restaurant owners and employees (regardless of membership status). Attendees are strongly encouraged to register in advance; advance registration will end on Monday, August 27, 2018, at noon. Attendees are also strongly encouraged to bring business cards for networking. Payment is required by credit card at the time of registration.
