We are a busy restaurant/event space in Dunwoody and we are looking for dependable line cooks to grow with us. Ideal candidates must have recent (within the past year) fast-paced, detailed short order line experience in a restaurant/bar (fast food experience is NOT applicable). We are looking for competent line cooks who understand the importance of preparing themselves and stocking their station in anticipation of the shift, then cooking and selling the food in a timely manner to expedite service. Other qualities we look for: promptness, broad availability (please do not respond if you are only available on certain days or at certain times), ability to work unsupervised for extended periods, good personal hygiene, professional attitude, respect for authority and coworkers, good organization, and understanding of workplace safety and sanitation. Please understand that this is for a Line Cook position with the majority of the weekly hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday after 3 pm.
