Name: Summer Concert Series - Wasted Potential Brass Band
Date: May 26, 2018
Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM EDT
Event Description:
Join us for another summer of music and fun during our 2018 Summer Concert Series. We have a wonderful new lineup of bands of all different styles and sounds. Concerts in the park typically run from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, but seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to grab your spot, play some games, and enjoy a peaceful picnic in the shade. No matter where you sit, in the beautiful meadow or on the back porch, you’ll always have a great view of the bands on stage. No picnic would be complete without an ice cold drink, but we have you covered. A rotating selection of craft beers chosen specifically for the evening’s show will be available for our adult concert-goers as well as cold waters and sodas. If you prefer to plan ahead, please feel free to bring your own - outside food and drink are welcome. Introducing the band: New Orleans influenced Wasted Potential Brass Band is Atlanta's pop up party starter. Powered by tuba goodness, this brass band is planning a southern tour to promote their just released album "Low Bar." The name Wasted Potential for this band is the definition of irony. The tracks 404 town and Keep Up, the two bonuses on Low Bar, do not disappoint. They feature heavy brass and the real gem, the rhythm section. WPBB is a favorite at bars, festivals, parties, and the streets of Atlanta.
